Book a Consultation
Each consultation is $50. Clients must schedule a consultation before purchasing any services. This meeting ensures we are a great fit and that I can properly support your needs. Make sure to click on Virtual appoint button after clicking Book Now for consultation.
If a package is purchased prior to a consultation, your deposit will be placed on hold until the consultation is completed. Should we determine that we're not the right match, your deposit will be refunded. If a different service is better suited for you, your deposit will be adjusted accordingly.

Housing Policy
Clients must arrange their own Hotel or AirBnB. We can provide recommendations upon request.
Hotel Requirements: 4-5 star luxury only. Rooms must be connecting or on the same floor as the RN. Client provides overnight stay accommodations for RN.

Recovering at home? We’re here to ensure you receive comprehensive clinical care throughout recovery.
A video walkthrough is required to ensure a clean environment (decreases infection risk) and the safety of your nurse.
Long-Distance Travel (>100 miles)
For clients requiring our RN to travel more than 100 miles, the following must be covered by the client:

Please review the following policies before booking your care.
- What if my Surgeon Cancels
At TransplantUCare, we understand that transplant and donor recipient care involves unique medical circumstances that may change unexpectedly. Our deposit policy is designed to be fair while ensuring availability of specialized
services.
- Live Donor Scheduled procedures: I understand that LIFE happens, and emergencies can occur in our personal life. If your procedure needs to be rescheduled close to the procedure date, please have your physician or their nurse email an official letter to our company so we can adjust your service dates. If the new procedure date is on a date in which we are unable to provide services, only then will a partial (50%) refund of your deposit or paid service will be issued.
- Preventable Removal from the Transplant List: If a transplant patient is removed from the transplant waiting list due to circumstances determined to be preventable (such as non-compliance with medical recommendations or other avoidable factors), the initial deposit will be non-refundable.
- Removal Due to Change in Health Status: If a transplant patient is removed from the transplant waiting list because of a documented change in health status or other medically unavoidable circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Continuation of Services After Removal from the List: If a transplant patient is removed from the transplant waiting list for any reason but chooses to continue utilizing Transplant U Care services, the deposit will be held on file as a credit and applied toward future services when the patient is relisted and/or receives a transplant.
Our goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered support while accommodating the evolving needs of transplant recipients and living donors throughout their care journey.
- Cancellation Policy
I understand that changes can occur with your
treatment team. If your procedure needs to be
rescheduled close to the procedure date, please have

our company so we can adjust your service dates. If the
new procedure date is one on which we are unable to
provide services, only then will a full refund be issued.
- Local Restrictions
Locations more than 25 miles from North Kansas City,
MO, incur a mileage fee based on round-trip distance.
- What are the requirements for in-home care?

environment for both you and your nurse during your
recovery.
- What if my Surgeon has to reschedule?

We currently accept private pay, money orders, and HSA
payments, Affirm and Klarna. If there is a payment
