Standard blood work based on an order from a local physician the ordering physician may also be located out of state.

Specialty Testing (1 Kit)

For clients receiving a single specialty kit ordered by their physician, the kit must be mailed directly to the client’s home.

Combo: Specialty + Routine

One specialty kit plus routine blood work for a single individual.

Specialty Kits (2 Kits)

For clients receiving two specialty kits ordered by their physician, the kit must be mailed directly to the client’s home.

Operational Requirements

Important information for patients and physicians

- What payment options are available?

We currently accept private pay, money orders, and HSA payments, Affirm, Klarna, and Cherry.

- Is there a mileage fee for services?

Yes. If your location is more than 25 miles from North Kansas City, a mileage fee will be added based on the round‑trip distance. Please call before booking to receive the exact mileage fee.

- Urgent Booking

For draws needed in less than 4 hours, call or text first to confirm immediate availability before booking online at 913.735.4248.

- No consultation required

Since no consultation is required, it is the responsibility of either the client or the ordering physician to contact us in advance to confirm whether services are available in their area. This helps ensure proper scheduling, prevents delays, and allows us to verify that all necessary materials and instructions can be provided before testing.

- What payment options are available?

We currently accept private pay, money orders, and HSA payments, Affirm, Klarna, and Cherry.

- Order Requirements

If you are contracted through a lab facility (example: LabCorp), make sure you put the name and address of the facility it needs to be sent to (that is within Kansas City limits). If it is outside of Kansas City limits, a milage fee will be added.

- Mail-in Logistics

When a specialty kit is required, the ordering physician must ensure the kit is mailed directly to the client’s home prior to the scheduled appointment. Kits should not be sent to TransplantUCare under normal circumstances. If a situation arises in which the specialty kit must be delivered to TransplantUCare instead, this will only be permitted under special circumstances and requires prior approval before the kit is ordered or shipped.
