Each consultation is $50. This requires a Good Faith Evaluation by a practiced provider. It is good for one year. Clients must schedule a consultation before purchasing any services. This meeting ensures that you are the right fit for IV hydration services with no contraindications.
If a package is purchased prior to a consultation, your deposit will be placed on hold until the consultation is completed. If the practicing provider determines that you are not a good fit for IV hydration, your deposit will be refunded minus the $50 consultation fee.

- Is there a consultation fee?
Yes. A $50 consultation fee applies to first-time appointments. This fee helps cover clinical assessment and eligibility review.
- Is there an after-hours fee?
Yes. An after-hours service charge of $100 will be added to your total. Late night services incur a $200 fee. After hour services are set to the availability of the nurse. Same day/Expedited services that were not scheduled in advance include a $150 fee (this does not include after hours or late-night hour fees), and you will need to call your nurse to confirm availability. 913.735.4248
- Do you charge a mileage fee?
Yes. A mileage fee is required for locations more than 25 miles from North Kansas City, MO. The fee is calculated based on round-trip mileage and discussed prior to your appointment.
- Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
Yes. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment
- Are refunds available for unused membership months?
No. Unused membership months are non-refundable.
- Do you offer IV package discounts?
Yes. Our IV package promotion allows you to buy 4 drips and receive 1 free.
- What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept private pay, money orders,
and HSA payments, Affirm, Klarna, and Cherry.
- Do IV services replace medical care or surgeon follow-ups?
No. Our services do not replace surgeon follow-up or primary care. They are intended to support wellness and recovery alongside your existing medical care.
- Will everyone qualify for IV treatment?
Not necessarily. A licensed medical professional will assess your health history and determine eligibility during your consultation. Results may vary based on individual health needs.
- Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a scheduled appointment (after the consultation) at least 48 hours before the appointment time, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to not receive a refund instead prefer a cash credit to your account (related to being unsure when to reschedule appointment), please let your nurse know 48 hours before your original appointment time. Membership Packages are nonrefundable.
- What if my child needs IV hydration?
Yes, I do provide services for pediatric clients ages 14–18. Your child must be willing to receive the service, and parental consent is required. These services are intended for young athletes, bodybuilders, or children experiencing dehydration due to illness. For any other needs, please submit an inquiry through the Contact Me page, and I will get back to you promptly.
